For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳12,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000. The welcome bonus applies only once per user.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳50,000 (2,000 × 25) in bets must be placed. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers must be used within a specified time limit; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If misuse or manipulation of bonus benefits is suspected, 234bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their Bronze, Silver or Gold tier.
• 234bet reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

5.1 Betting Rules

All bets on 234bet are governed by the rules of the specific game. Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it is proven that the bet was incorrectly recorded due to a technical error.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue (server crash, internet disruption, software error), 234bet reserves the right to void the game or restart it. In such cases, the user's staked amount will be refunded.

5.3 Odds and Results

• For sports betting, the stated odds may change; the odds applicable at the moment the bet is placed are final.
• Winnings will be distributed only after official results have been announced.

• For cricket, football or other sports, the result announced by the relevant authority applies.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using software, bots or automation tools to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or taking part in match fixing.

• Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Harassing, intimidating or deceiving other users or staff.

7.1 Suspension or Closure by 234bet

234bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of a breach of these terms, without prior notice. The balance of any account involved in fraud or prohibited activities may be fully forfeited.

7.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may notify the support team. All ongoing bets must be settled before the account is closed, and any valid balance may be withdrawn. Balances earned from prohibited activities cannot be withdrawn.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there has been no login or transaction for 12 (twelve) months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A small maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Users will be notified by email in advance in such situations.
